Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day size exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a different size. We do not offer monetary refunds. All eligible size exchanges are completely free of charge, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
Eligibility for Size Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Size Exchange
  1. Contact us at fluorinated.crack@gmail.com to request your new size.
  2. If your exchange is accepted, we will send you a free prepaid return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Send your item to the following address: 80 Bushy Hill Rd, Ivoryton CT, 06442
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for a size exchange, for any reason and without justification. The item must still be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
